It shall include all aspects of Halo, Spartans, The Human-Covenant War, general timeline and much more. Created in full collaboration with MS Game Studios and Bungie it is expected to be very rich in visuals and lore. It will also cover topics that appeared in the Halo series, Halo Wars and the latest addition ODST. No mention of Halo Reach yet but its a good bet that it too will be included in some form. The best news is that you wont have to wait too long for this lil beauty, it is available from 2nd November (2009). It will be going for 20 quid in the UK, cheap as chips!
