Final Fantasy XIV Info - Get all Japanisey.

I hate Final Fantasy, always have. But I appreciate its impact on the gaming world so here is a trailer and a planned 250GB PS3 (due December 23rd) for your nerdy gratification. Only thing I'll say for it is the chicks are usually hot... for pixel people... but not in this trailer, unfortunately. 'Grumble'

Gears of War - Get your teeth into this!

Wouldn't mind this on my wall, or in my neighbours skull...
Here's some detail -
"The replica is 40 inches in length, weighs approximately 15 pounds, and features working LED effects. The estimated available ship date is February 2010."

Lost Planet 2 trailer - Its bigger and better and less cold.

Wasn't a massive fan of the first Lost Planet so I'm hoping the second one will slap me upside da head and make me change my mind, does look pretty good so far...

Splinter Cell Conviction trailer from TGS

Here's a cool trailer of Splinter Cell Conviction from the Tokyo Games Show. Boy am I glad I didn't piss off Sam Fisher, gulp!

Halo Encyclopedia - All things... Halo!

‘I can still remember the first time I really experienced Halo…it was stepping out of the crashed escape pod and into a world that would consume my professional and creative life for the next seven years. In the following pages, you’ll find a great deal of depth and drama and data – some familiar, some new. It’s fiction, of course, but we only ever want it to feel real. Because it’s real to us. These are places and times that we want to share with you.’ Frank O’ Connor – foreword

Star wars has its Bible, and so does God. Here's one to add to the mix, the 'Halo Encyclopedia'. It shall include all aspects of Halo, Spartans, The Human-Covenant War, general timeline and much more. Created in full collaboration with MS Game Studios and Bungie it is expected to be very rich in visuals and lore. It will also cover topics that appeared in the Halo series, Halo Wars and the latest addition ODST. No mention of Halo Reach yet but its a good bet that it too will be included in some form. The best news is that you wont have to wait too long for this lil beauty, it is available from 2nd November (2009). It will be going for 20 quid in the UK, cheap as chips!

Brutal Legend - The world of Metal.

Ever wonder what it would be like to live in the world of Metal? Lots of leather, spikes and hairy people? Exactly! Check it out in this Dev diary of sorts, and I warn thee now, the Goths will be offended... boo hoo. Coming in 'Rock-Tober'

Halo ODST - Free Premium Theme on XBL

Halo ODST premium theme is now available for free... that's right Microsoft are actually giving us some thing for nothing... if your a Gold member that is. Get downloading before they change their mind... which will happen, its a limited time offer! Pity they wouldn't throw in the remote controlled warthog too...
