Left 4 Dead News - Double the Dammage!

Three nice nuggets of zombie fun for ya!

Firstly, the release date for the blood dripping DLC level
'Crash Course' will be available for PC and Xbox 360 September 29 (2009). But here's the rub... PC is free... Xbox is around 560 MS points... Most displeasing to the xbox owners and a stupid setup on Microsoft's part (not Valve). Never the less I shall still be fool enough to buy it if necessary. It is the missing link between levels 'No Mercy' and 'Death Toll' so get ready to splatter more brains!

Secondly is the release date of the upcoming demo of 'Left4Dead 2'. It is available for download October 27 (2009), no details yet on what map or what platform but I recon its probably fair to say it will be simultaneous for PC and Xbox 360. Cant wait to swing a fire axe for the benefit of mankind!

Lastly, you may notice there is a Left 4 Dead update available next time you boot up, this includes 10 new achievements in preparation for 'Crash Course' and also an updated HUD for the multi player infected player screen. Valve are good to us indeed.
