All seasoned gamers know what 'E3' is because its where we get our first real taste of the goody games to come and quite often 'surprise' announcements are revealed. Its like a gamer Christmas... in the summer... with lots of weirdos doing Cos Play. As a lil run up to the event we thought that you guys and gals would like to see just a few of the hyped games that are set to strip off and run naked at the event so check out the vids below.
Don't forget E3 kicks off for June 6th and will be covered across all gaming news sites. Personally I recommend the following to watch it on - Epic Battle Axe - Giant Bomb - G4TV - and Gametrailers.com. Also, Spike TV will be covering the event in a more 'exclusive' manner. Of course we will also be doing our best to bring you the highlights. God, I love games!!
Bioware have announced the first details of what we can expect to see in the third and final instalment in their Sci-Fi Action RPG series. According to the US magazine, Game Informer, Mass Effect 3 will pick up from the recently released DLC Arrival , which we won’t spoil for you here just in case you haven’t gotten around to it yet, what we can tell you however is that a number of our favourite squad mates will be returning (or at least if you haven’t gotten them killed) including Liara T'Soni, Kaidan Alenko and Ashley Williams, with hopes for more awkwardly animated sexual shenanigans, as well as Wrex, Garrus, Mordin and Legion although there is no confirmation if these old faces will be able to join your squad. There is also some bloke called James Sanders, leading to much speculation to whether he may be a relation of the heroine of the Mass Effect novels Kahlee Sanders, or perhaps the New England Patriots American Football player? OK, maybe not him. We are also very pleased to hear that Martin Sheen will be returning as the Illusive Man, who by all accounts is now trying to kill Shepard.In somewhat of a return to the original Mass Effect, weapon mods are making a comeback with interchangeable scopes, barrels, clips and alike, changing both the look and feel of your favourite alien dispatcher. RPG elements have also been expanded upon including a larger skill tree and powers which can be evolved several more times. Of course as expected, there are to be multiple ends as previously seen in the first two games of the series which are influenced by your choices as you progress. Some maybe disappointed to hear that there will be no Multiplayer for the final game but Bioware have said that it may appear in future spin-offs.Mass Effect 3 is due to be released Q4 2011 on PC, Xbox 360, and PlayStation 3.
Ok, so the Reapers are in town, I'm ok, but I'm pretty sure the rest of you are fucked! If you don't believe me just check out the trailer below... This will be the last Mass Effect 2 DLC, aptly named: Arrival - and it is available as of today (March 29th, 2011) on xbox (560msp), PS3 and PC ($6.99)! This is basically the bridge to Mass Effect 3 so it is more than an add on, its virtually compulsory if you want to be in the loop! Good luck with getting obliterated, its going to be lonely without you all... sob! But it does mean more free whisky for me - Score!
If you are an Xbox head and live in the good ol U S of A then you should see Biowares Dragon Age 2 Demo ready for download on live (gold members), its a whopping 2gb though, so best let it run while ya make a sambo or take a crap, or whatever... If your on the PC, PS3 or live outside of the USA, word is ya will have to wait till later today or till tomorrow to get your hands on the demo - Arg!. If the frigging trial is 2gb I can only imagine how many discs will be needed for the full game, gulp! Anyway, go get it when ya can...

More Dragon Age 2 stuff, yay! It's not coming for awhile but it is still nice to see the progress. This nice trailer sets up the whole atmosphere side quite well, although its all a bit 'Gladiator' sounding, which isn't too bad I guess. Bet he gets laid allot... being the champion and all - just saying...
With GamesCon 2010 on in Germany I'm sure there will be lots of reveals over the coming days. Dragon Age 2 is one of them and although there is no in-game play, this is looking really nice, setting the tone well I recon. Its due to hit us March 8th 2011. Now, gimme an axe so I can split some brains!
Sex, lies and parchment scrolls, it was all in Dragon Age. The medieval soap opera is about to continue with a sequel, yay!! I'll bet there's even more nudity, violence and cheesy ham sandwiches this time around, double yay! It was a great game for the D&D nerd in us all, epically on the PC and the DLC released gave it a long life, Bioware know their stuff. DA2 boasts new hero's, new lands, new perverts, it seems everything is new... hmm, maybe you will be the son/daughter of your previous character or some such tie in that will allow you the Bioware tradition of carrying over your saved progress from the original (just a prediction), its not as if they had safe sex rubbers back then, right?! Dirty feckers!

Well, the big Xbox hitter Mass Effect 2 is gracing our screens in the next few weeks and to add to the steamroller marketing campaign the SciFi Channel or newly named Syfy... (errr what!?) will be running a documentary on Mass Effect 2. It actually looks quite interesting and has 'expert' opinions from actors and big game community people. It will kick off tonight in the United states at 11PM EST/PST and 10PM middle-time. As for the rest of the world, just keep your eyes peeled on the TV guides... or get it off YouTube after. Here's a taster...
Well, its unlikely that Mass Effect will suck space turds but if it does at least it will have some of the best voices to sooth it... great line up of well known Hollywood actors doing the vocals and more than a hint of Battlestar Galactica talent. I recon its gonna shine like the stars that are in the game... and not like a space turd...
Mass Effect 2 is one of the next big titles to land on our heads after Christmas and this is one of the new classes you can use... nope, not Santa Clause... its the 'Adept' class. Looks a bit like 'The Force' to me... but that's kinda cool so we shall allow it.
Here's some nice fmv animation for ya, nicely done too. This lil RPG looks set to kick ass, I might even get out my dusty gauntlets for a bit of dragon slapping and call myself 'Fuckdo'. Get your 'Gandolf' on - Rarrr!!

Here's some info on the scale of the voice acting that is going into TOR, over 40 novels worth apparently. Is it just me or do the graphics look a bit... cartoon'ish? Wasn't what I was expecting, Oi, BioWare... sort it out!! This isn't clone wars...
