While our American gamer pals have been clipping demons wings for some time now on the PS3 surprise mega hit 'Demon Souls' we poor Europeans and Australians have been left in the darkest dungeon. This is about to change with a release date of June 25th for all PAL regions. It seems the only edition will be 'The Black Phantom edition' (ooo - spooky) and will sell at standard edition prices, apparently. This contains a soundtrack, guide book and art book. Yay, thanks Sony and Namco Bandai... About fookin time too!! Arg!
Well, they say you cant have your cake and eat it... But Xbox live fans have done for awhile with their backward compatibility support for online Xbox original games. This is now no more as of yesterday and Major Nelsons crew celebrated it with a party full of booze and hookers... err wrong story, actually it was a big cake as seen in the pick above twittered by Larry. This means no more Halo 2 online matches or downloads but you can still play all you Original titles on the 360, just not on Xbox live. Ahh, the memories... I like Cake!

There has been plenty of Hype surrounding Cliff Bleszinski's appearance on Jimmy Fallon, there was a cancellation then some leaks about Gears 3 but at last we see what all the fuss was about... not much really. A nice sequence of the game that gives the impression that Marcus and the boys are in some deep shit! See it below. Regardless, I'm sure the game will kick ass in the same fashion as the first two do. Also mentioned is the likely release date, April 8th - 2011.
