On March 1st (2nd in Europe) you can download new content for Dead Space 2 and its not just a few Multi player maps, oh no its a single player horror fest, two chapters long... in fact theres no mention of MP maps at all, but who cares. Judging from the trailer vid below you are not taking the role of Issac, instead it looks like your Gabe Weller - a security guard from 'DS: Extraction'. A unique weapon, better suit and the return of the 'Twitcher' from DS1 are promised. It will be 560msp on Xbox and $6.99 (£5.46) on PSN. The pants that you will shit while playing will cost as much as your fashion sense allows... may the shitting commence!
Ok, so the game for the Kinect have been overall... pretty crap! But as I keep saying, give developers time and some of the good games out there could benefit, and here is an example. Not quite the great vision I was imagining but its a start... Unfortunately it is not done by the developers, its a home brew job and therefore a possible bullshit video, that said - I don't see why it couldn't be legit either. Liking the stomp action! Check out the vid below for yourself... and developers - Hurry the Fuck up!!
A stroke of genius here! With just a couple of weeks left to the arrival of Dead Space 2, the lads over at Visceral games have released the vid below as a promo. It involves a bunch of moms checking out the game and giving their thoughts. Though their dislike for the game is predictable its is still fun to witness... and as they say - its a great way to know if something is good! They hate it... good news for us!
Prepare to be spooked and maybe poo yourself a lil! The singer sound familiar... Bjourk/Bork/BeeOrk or whatever that nutty chicks name is? Or perhaps its just some X factor looser... who cares, it sounds great! Looks fooking awesome!! Bring it on Space Zombies... bring it on!
They say in space no one can hear you scream... well now you can be heard screaming, burping, farting or whatever because your buddies will be right behind you as you team up for some multi player action in Dead Space 2. It looks like they have taken a leaf out of Left 4 Dead's multiplayer style book, but this is no bad thing and it seems as if this is going to be a slower but tense experience than the normal shooters. Check out the vid below to get a taste of this space horror, and watch out for flying guts, yummy! Burp!
Looks fun! Pilot Wings has nothing on Dead Space 2!! The trailer below gives us a taste of the zero G parts of the game. Its due to crash land January 2011. Cant wait!!
Zombie Aliens, bullet time, impaling weaponry and zero G... and that's just for a start! Looks like Dead Space 2 is keeping all the good bits from the original and adding even more. This ones deffo high on the 'must get' list! Check out the Game Trailers vid below, barf floating in space... nice!
Well, we have a few bits to add to the news below... Multiplayer is confirmed for a start, although there are no details on what exactly will be involved... co-op perhaps? Also, as suspected the campaign takes place on the a planet surface of of a Saturn Moon within the space station called 'Sprwal'. This is said to be massive, way bigger than the original Dead Space and has many different 'themed' areas. You shall be Isaac Clarke again and can now float in zero G during game play. Isaac also decides to break his silence and has talking parts in the game... All sounds alien-arific... We'll let ya know more as we get it.
Previously reported: Blood, guts and gizzards, Dead Space had it all! Its fair to say that Dead Space 2 will have all of the same and more. From the newest released image (below) of DP2 its a fair guess that you will be kicking gooey dead ass on the planet surface this time. Theres also talk of Multiplayer... hmmm. Well keep you posted on the updates for this when we get em. In the meantime, if you haven't checked out the Dead Space animated series, do it now cos I recon its vital background for the game to come...
